Despite the fact, that this is the easiest recipe I’ve ever done, it’s a clear winner for me. Besides this mousse is quite healthy so I didn’t feel as guilty as usual after eating it.
Preparation: 10 minutes (+ 1 hour chilling)
6 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
4 tablespoons peanut butter, homemade if possible
4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
100 ml almond milk
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until completely smooth and all the ingredients are well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with seasonal fruit and serve.
